Excellent, I ordered it in Spanish, and it's already programmed. However, the English instruction manual is bad, so I don't know why if it's turned off you can take your blood pressure without turning it on. I compared it with the Omron brand and there's only a 10 difference, but it works and is better for an elderly adult or someone who is starting with blood pressure monitoring to know with the voice of the device. Excellent product.
