Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care and hygiene products (once opened)
  • Undergarments and swimwear
  • Perishable goods

Refunds

  • Online payments: Reversed to original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchange

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
