Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders above AED 150 (UAE) and SAR 150 (KSA). Orders below this amount may incur a standard delivery fee.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across UAE and KSA. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If delivery fails both times, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure your contact number and address are correct at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery times may be affected during public holidays, peak seasons (Ramadan, National Day), or due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
